• Just pop the membership type you'd like (Annual or Quarterly) into your shopping bag and head to checkout. Your 25% will automatically be applied after your have purchased your chosen membership.
• We'll automatically take your membership payment using the card you've saved under ‘Payment Methods’ in your account (the one you've marked for your membership fee). Need to update your card details down the line? No problem – you can easily manage this anytime in the 'My Account' section of our website.

It's easy to manage your membership with us. If your circumstances change or you need to cancel for any reason, you can do so anytime right in the ‘Membership and Billing’ section of your account – no fuss!

We understand things come up, so we offer a 14-day cooling-off period. If you decide the club isn't the right fit within the first 14 days of joining or renewing, simply cancel your membership. As long as you haven't placed an order for clothes or used any member benefits during that time, we'll happily provide a full refund of your membership fee.

If you choose to cancel after those first 14 days, you absolutely still have the flexibility to do so whenever you wish. Your membership access and benefits will continue right up until the end of your current paid period, though please note the membership fee for that period won't be refundable.
