Do I get to choose what I buy?
Absolutely! As a member, you can shop for the quality kids' clothes you need, whenever you need them, all at our fantastic members-only prices. We're not a subscription box sending random items – we're your go-to club for durable, stylish clothes perfect for playtime, parties, and everything in between. Many parents stock up each season, others grab essentials during growth spurts. It's completely flexible and up to you how often you shop (though we always encourage bundling items to ship thoughtfully!).
How do I pay for membership?
Ready to start saving on great kids' clothes? It's simple!
- Just pop the membership type you'd like (Annual or Quarterly) into your shopping bag and head to checkout. Your 25% will automatically be applied after your have purchased your chosen membership.
- We'll automatically take your membership payment using the card you've saved under ‘Payment Methods’ in your account (the one you've marked for your membership fee). Need to update your card details down the line? No problem – you can easily manage this anytime in the 'My Account' section of our website.
How do I cancel my membership?
It's easy to manage your membership with us. If your circumstances change or you need to cancel for any reason, you can do so anytime right in the ‘Membership and Billing’ section of your account – no fuss!
We understand things come up, so we offer a 14-day cooling-off period. If you decide the club isn't the right fit within the first 14 days of joining or renewing, simply cancel your membership. As long as you haven't placed an order for clothes or used any member benefits during that time, we'll happily provide a full refund of your membership fee.
If you choose to cancel after those first 14 days, you absolutely still have the flexibility to do so whenever you wish. Your membership access and benefits will continue right up until the end of your current paid period, though please note the membership fee for that period won't be refundable.
Why is your delivery window between 7 to 9 days?
Our primary focus is on providing you with the best possible value. Choosing a slightly longer delivery time allows us to offer significantly deeper discounts on our beautiful kids' wear.
This also allows us the time needed to prepare your order with care and ensure it reaches you in great shape.
