FAQs

How many friends can I refer?

You can refer as many friends as you want. However referral credits are not available for customers who have already completed a free trial or access pass, or who have already been members.

How does the referral process work for my friends and family?


You send your unique referral link to your friend - either by copying and pasting the link or posting a link on one of your social channels. When your friend clicks on that link, we will register them as your referral, and their first order discount will be automatically be applied to any order they place (over £50).

When will I receive my reward for referring a friend?

If the friend you referred has made a qualifying shop, you’ll get a referral credit notification by email. You can log-in anytime, shop, and choose when to use your credit at checkout.

Is there a time limit for referring a friend?

No- you can refer your friends whenever you want to. However you will need to use your rewards within 12 months, and you can only redeem 1 reward per order.

Can I refer friends who live in different countries?

Unfortunately, at the moment, we can only track your referrals in the country of your membership.
