Our collections are presently designed for children aged 2-7 years. To ensure the best fit, please refer to size guides available on each style's product page.

Here's everything you need to know about our order and delivery process, designed to bring smiles to your doorstep.

Order processing: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. We aim to process your order as soon as we receive it however orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) on Friday, or during those relaxing weekend and holiday moments, will be processed with extra
care on the next sunny business day.

Tracking your Order: Once
your order is on its way, we will share a tracking number with you.

Returns & Exchanges: We know little ones grow like sunshine flowers! Generally, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us at sunshinecollective@titanspear.net right away We'll make it sunny again with a replacement or refund, guaranteed!

We want you to absolutely love your Sunshine Collective goodies! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. We believe in happy customers and will work with you to find a sunny solution. We offer a straightforward returns and refunds policy.  

Returns:
You may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labelling intact. A return processing fee of £2.99 will be deducted per return request.

Please endeavor to send all items from each order that are being returned together in one package, using the shipping method advised by us. Failure to do so will result in you being responsible for additional shipping costs.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exceptions:
Swimwear, Personalised items, Items of a personal nature such as innerwear
and under-garments
